hall hire
Available for all occasions including weddings & wakes.
Prices are as follows:
Adult Parties
£300 for non-members
£240 for Club Members of less than a year
£180 for members
plus payment for extra bar staff if needed.
Children’s Parties
£150 minimum for 3 hours plus cleaning time. £50 per hour thereafter.
We also have a Theatre and stage which is home of the Windlesham Amateur Dramatics Society and is available tor hire for almost any occasion.
tennis & pickleball courts
Three Pay-and-Play Tennis Courts and six Pickleball Courts for Public Use
The tennis courts are available for anyone to use. Click here to download our tennis court rules. Price: £6 per hour (minimum of £3 for half an hour and limited to 3 hours play time).
The price is the same for the Pickleball courts but you get two courts for the price of one tennis court!
Snooker and Darts
Two Full Size Snooker Tables and Dart Board with Electronic Scoring
The snooker room contains two full size tables, of which one is heated and has been donate by Stephen Hendry. It was used at major snooker events. Snooker cues and chalk are provided. Darts: The club has a dart board and score calculator located in the bar area. Darts are available at the bar. The Club run both darts and snooker teams competing in local leagues. Price: Snooker – £3 per Half Hour under the Lights.
LIVE Sport
View Live Sport in Comfort with Large Cinema Screens Available
Sky Sports and a Large Screen TV provide coverage of all the major live sporting events. Major sporting events are shown on our 3.5 X 4.5 m cinema screen in our theatre hall, all others shown on our 2 X 2 m screen in our members lounge.
